We believe in one God, the Holy Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, visible and invisible, and is perfect in holiness, love, mercy, truth, and justice. Humanity was created in the image and likeness of God and is called into loving relationship and communion with Him.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son and Word of God, fully divine and fully human. He was incarnate by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary for the salvation of the world. Through His life, teachings, death on the cross, resurrection, and ascension, Christ conquered sin and death and opened the way for humanity to be restored to fellowship with God. We await His glorious return and the fulfillment of His Kingdom.

We believe the Holy Spirit is Lord and Giver of Life, proceeding from the Father, and together with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified. The Holy Spirit dwells within the Church, guides believers into truth, grants spiritual strength and wisdom, and transforms hearts through grace.

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, established by Him and sustained through the Holy Spirit. The Church is called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, care for the faithful, and bear witness to Christ in the world. We believe baptism is a holy sacrament through which a person is united with Christ and brought into the life of the Church. Through prayer, worship, repentance, and participation in the sacramental life of the Church, believers are continually formed in faith and holiness.

We believe that all people are created in the image of God but are fallen and separated from Him because of sin. Sin affects every part of human nature and leaves humanity unable to restore itself to God apart from divine grace. Salvation is the gift of God, made possible through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Through repentance, faith, and the mercy of God, believers are forgiven, reconciled to God, and given the hope of eternal life.

We believe the Christian life is a continual process of spiritual growth and transformation. By the grace of God and the work of the Holy Spirit, believers are called to pursue holiness, cultivate virtue, and grow in love for God and neighbor. Sanctification involves daily repentance, prayer, obedience, worship, and the shaping of character according to the example of Christ.

We believe the saints are faithful men and women who, by the grace of God, lived lives of holiness and devotion to Christ. Their examples encourage and inspire believers to pursue faithfulness, courage, humility, repentance, and love. We honor the witness of the saints throughout Christian history and seek to learn from their lives as examples of Christian virtue and perseverance.

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are inspired by God and faithfully proclaim His truth. Scripture is to be read prayerfully and understood within the life and tradition of the historic Christian Church. Through Scripture, God reveals Himself, instructs His people, and forms believers in wisdom and righteousness.

We believe education is a sacred responsibility and an important part of Christian discipleship. At Brooke Bridges Academy, we seek to cultivate a love for truth, goodness, and beauty in every area of study.
